I used to Covid-19 lockdown to reflect on my life and my routine whilst working from home. Realized that there were 4 vital steps to uplifting myself at the start of the day. Drinking water first thing in the morning to it oxygenate the blood followed by meditation as it recharges my body and soul. I couple it up with yoga, which helps in strengthening bone structure. And lastly, trekking – an effective way to destress myself.
